The SITO Difference

We are intimately involved in the planning and execution of our projects. We make sure our customers are informed with the upcoming phases of their projects and the progress we are making.

When we agree to a price for a scope of work we stick to the agreement.

At the beginning of each project we provide a projected schedule for our customers to see the expected timeline for the work to be completed.

In the event that we have changes arise that are outside of the scope of work, we communicate with our clients their options on the best way forward

The kitchen has wooden cabinets, a stainless steel oven and refrigerator, and plastic sheeting covering a section of the wall or doorway to contain dust or debris.

We keep our job sites orderly and contained to our working area by using plastic dividers, sealing off gaps to the rest of the house, and protecting materials that could be harmed during construction

We partner with quality contractors that are respectful, responsive, and reliable. They are people that we trust to work in your house and our family’s house.
